How We Built a Zero-Inventory Clothing Store for KAAM
A look at how ProjexAI took KAAM from an idea to a fully branded, zero-inventory Shopify store — from the problem, to what we built, to the results.
The Client
A client wanted to start a clothing business entirely online — no physical shop, no warehouse — something he could manage remotely alongside his full-time job. ProjexAI proposed a complete dropshipping business model, which he approved.

The Problem
There was no existing business yet. The constraint was real: zero physical inventory or space management, and a store that could run itself while the client kept his day job.
What We Built
ProjexAI designed and built a fully custom-branded Shopify store — every design decision, from web layout to graphics, went through client review and approval before moving forward. We integrated the store with a China-based dropshipping supplier, letting products be added directly from the supplier's dashboard with images, descriptions, sizes, colors, and stock pulled in automatically. We set up and integrated Ziina and Tabby for payments, and built the full marketing stack — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat business accounts, a Google Merchant Center product feed, Google Analytics — and ran paid campaigns across Meta and Google.

The Result
KAAM's first order came in around 25 days after campaigns launched, with 2 total orders in the first month — including one 6-item purchase — for a clothing brand that started with no physical inventory, no warehouse, and no existing customer base.
