Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TMREEN mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProjexAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and operator of TMREEN.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TMREEN. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent that you meet the age requirements above.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

You may use TMREEN as a guest without an account, or sign in with Google for cross-device sync and data backup.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in to TMREEN. You agree to notify us immediately at info@projexai.ae if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Guest Mode

Data stored in Guest Mode is kept locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear app data, locally stored guest data may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for data loss in Guest Mode.

4. Use of the App

4.1 Permitted Use

TMREEN is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to plan, track, and review your gym workouts.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App using automated means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or databases
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

TMREEN allows you to create custom workout plans, exercises, and progress notes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of all User Content you create.

5.2 Licence to Us

By creating User Content in the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not share your User Content with other users or third parties.

5.3 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to input data that is false, misleading, or intended to harm others.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

TMREEN is not a medical application. The content, workout plans, exercises, and tracking features in the App are for informational and personal training purposes only.

  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and seek medical attention.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication that may result from using the App.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The TMREEN name, logo, design, software code, and all content provided by us (excluding your User Content) are the property of ProjexAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Licence to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

9. Availability and Modifications

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
  • We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • We do not guarantee the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES; ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJEXAI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA OR WORKOUT HISTORY; PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE; LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE; OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Account Termination

13.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from our systems within 30 days.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a manner that could harm other users or our systems.
