5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored in Supabase databases hosted on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

- Progress photos are stored in Supabase Storage with private, authenticated access — they are not publicly accessible.
- We do not store passwords; authentication is handled entirely by Google or Apple.
While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Google account.
6. Data Retention
- Your account and fitness data are retained for as long as your account is active.
- If you delete your account from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account), all your personal data, workout history, and progress photos are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Anonymised crash and error logs may be retained for up to 12 months for debugging purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data (contact us to request a data export)
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time

We send push notifications for:
- Rest timer alerts (when a timer you started completes)
- Workout reminders (if you schedule them in Settings)
You can disable all notifications at any time in your device's system Settings → Notifications → TMREEN.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
