TMREEN is committed to giving you full control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your TMREEN account and all associated cloud data, you can do so at any time directly from within the app — no need to contact support.
This page explains how to delete your account, what data is removed, and what — if anything — may be retained in accordance with applicable law.
How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion is performed directly within the TMREEN app. Follow these steps:
- Open the TMREEN app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation prompt carefully, then confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, the deletion process begins immediately. You will be signed out of the app and your account will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Gets Permanently Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with your TMREEN account from our servers, including:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All workout plans and custom training routines
- Your complete workout history and session logs
- Body measurement records and progress tracking data
- All other cloud-synced data linked to your account
This data cannot be recovered once the deletion has been confirmed.
Data Retained After Deletion
Local Device Data
Any data stored locally on your device — such as cached content or offline records — is not automatically removed when your account is deleted. This data will remain on your device until you uninstall the TMREEN app or clear its local storage through your device settings.
Technical and Compliance Records
Certain anonymised technical records — such as security logs used for fraud prevention or records required for legal and regulatory compliance — may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law. This retention is strictly limited to what is legally necessary and does not include your personal account data or fitness records.
This Action Is Irreversible
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and all associated cloud data are irrecoverably removed. We are unable to restore your account or any of its data after this action has been completed.
If you are unsure, consider simply logging out of the app rather than deleting your account. You can always sign back in at a later time without losing your data.
